In
fact, individuals account for 70% of the NDCF's annual operating
budget, while private corporate donations account for the remaining
30%.
A breakdown of our expenses shows that fundraising costs consume
9% of our income, overhead costs account for 11%, and our action-oriented
program costs utilize the bulk, 80%, of our annual donations. We
accept donations in any amount... as little as $5, $10, or $15 can
help.

Defense Council Foundation. Both personal and corporate contributions
are accepted. NDCF is a tax deductible 501C (3) Foundation, and
we file as an "H" so we can lobby 20%. We have done
that since 1978! A copy of our report is on file with the State
of Virginia, and NDCF files a federal form 990 annually. Thank
